Mares SXS 62X Dive Regulator
The Mares SXS 62X is by far one of the lightest scuba regulators out there. The SXS stands for second extra small, and the latest Mares regulator is a perfect choice for anybody looking for a small, streamlined cold water-rated regulator that is great for all types of diving- from tropical to cold and anything in between.
The compact 62X boasts all of the innovative features of Mare’s first stages, such as A.S.T. technology (Auto Sealing Technology), a pneumatic system that protects against water entering the first stage, and the proven Natural D.F.C. System (Dynamic Flow Control), which ensures high, constant airflow at any depth.
The second stage of the Mares SXS 62X Dive Regulator’s hose can be configured left or right, making this regulator an excellent option for sidemount and technical diving, mounting it on stage cylinders in a configuration best suited to your type of diving.
The Mares S.X.S. second stage features a curved bypass and larger diameter than other models, providing high airflow. This unique feature, combined with Mares’ patented Vortex Assisted Design (V.A.D.), provides divers with comfortable airflow at any depth.
