Description
OrcaTorch D560 Dive Light
The Orca D560 is a lightweight and compact anodised aluminium dive torch that is just 92mm long with a maximum diameter of 24mm at the head, making it a very handy torch that can be easily stowed in a BCD pocket.
The D560 has a maximum output of 630 lumens from a CREE XM-L2 LED when powered by a rechargeable 14500 lithium-ion battery but it can also be fitted with a single AA battery to output 180 lumen. The torch produces a wide 60° halo with a 15° hot spot in the middle.
The anodised aircraft-grade aluminium housing is light and more thermally efficient than polymer, allowing it to dissipate heat better and produce a higher brightness level. The housing gives a depth rating of approximately 150m and features a double O-ring seal on the head/battery compartment connection and a lanyard attachment point on the end. The torch is activated by rotating the head and the reverse to switch off.
